4. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is provided in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.

Payment terms will be agreed prior to the commencement of any work. AlicanSEO reserves the right to request full or partial payment in advance.

Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. No Guarantees

While AlicanSEO applies professional expertise and proven strategies, we do not guarantee:

• Specific rankings in search engines
• Guaranteed traffic increases
• Specific business results

Search engine algorithms and external factors are beyond our control.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information
• Respond to requests where required
• Ensure they have the right to use any content supplied

Delays caused by the client may impact timelines and results.

7. Intellectual Property

All content created by AlicanSEO remains the property of the business until full payment has been received.

Upon full payment, ownership of agreed deliverables may be transferred to the client unless otherwise stated.

AlicanSEO reserves the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

AlicanSEO shall not be held liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of business, revenue, or profits
• Issues arising from third-party platforms or services

All services are provided in good faith and on a best-effort basis.

9. Third-Party Services

Services may involve third-party platforms such as Google, hosting providers, or analytics tools. AlicanSEO is not responsible for changes, outages, or issues caused by these third parties.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement subject to agreed terms. Any work completed up to that point will remain payable.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Alicante, Spain.
